Ugh I LOVE a good present/past in books

Suddenly missed Elsie’s writing so here I am

Ngl, reading through Jamie’s POV is repetitive but I’m committed to finishing it now so…

I feel like this book was genuinely messy from the beginning, B and Jamie basically making bad decisions but right now it feels like things aren’t looking too bad for them? But then again, I saw people be genuinely unwell because of this book so I don’t want to speak too soon…

Okay so B cheated all the way now… it’s so messy that I’m wondering can it get any messier than this?

“But as fate would have it, that wasn’t my last night with Jamie Shaw. Not even close.”

Idk if I should be scared or excited of what’s to come.

I’ve started my most highly anticipated read… EVER. I was putting off this book for so long because the emotional pain I saw people went through? I’m scared. Safe to say, I’ve only read 40 pages so far and I’ve already cried.

“My passenger seat is yours until your car gets fixed. If you want it.”

Should I be scared? I feel like I should be scared.

Wait I understand now why Warner shot that man in Shatter Me… so deserved.

His dad is a bitch and there’s definitely trauma/abuse to why he can’t fully stand up to his dad but also, he understands Juliette now.

ALSO his dad knows that they’ve all gone underground and there’s more people with powers. And now Warner is looking for Juliette but for a while different reason.

“And I certainly did not expect to fall for her in the process.”

“She might be the only person in the world I really care about.”

The way I have more questions than answers from this book.

Met Warner’s dad… starting to understand why he is the way he is…

Warner’s POV but at what cost? My man is injured so he can’t even do anything so it’s him just in pain.

There’s more people??? Who have powers like Juliette???? Kenji was working undercover??? Oh I’m starting to see why this is a series because yeah, this is definitely just the beginning.

So everyone’s alive and back together but Juliette shot Warner pages ago… I need an update on him.

I have a feeling Kenji will become my favourite in this series…

After Juliette and Adam escaped, it’s gotten slower. I mean I’m still on the first book of the series and not finished this book yet but still…

So Juliette and Adam have escaped… considering this is a series and there’s still 38% left of the book, I really didn’t except the escape to happen so soon and so quickly/without a HUGE struggle?

But knowing there’s more books for me to read and knowing Warner will NOT let this slide, and the fact that Warner can touch Juliette… I know I’ve uncovered NOTHING so far.

Also why am I weary about Adam rn... like I went from yes I fully trust this man to Warner planting seeds of doubt in my head about Adam…

Is there gonna be some kind of love triangle or?

Because I know Juliette will end up with Warner but Juliette and Adam have something kinda going on rn and I actually like Adam.

So just met THE Aaron Warner and he’s basically a lil shit. We love to see it.

What do you mean by this Juliette🤨

The way I have so many questions like why is Juliette’s touch lethal? Why is Adam there? Who tf are the restablishment? WHY is the world basically going to shit but most of all….WHERE IS AARON WARNER??

Late but finally starting the Shatter Me series. I need to know the Aaron Warner hype.

Btw I’m a contemporary romance girlie through and through so this is something different.

So first 3 chapters…
