This book is wonderful so far. Even the introduction was amazing. I can't wait to get to it.

I am enjoying this book but I got waylaid by reading a few pages of The Book Thief when it arrived in the mail. I will be back Mr Banville but I have chosen another albeit temporarily.

This is an unusual book. The identity of the narrator and the way the story is laid out are both very different. I enjoy different though and so far I am really enjoying this story. Peaceful reading last night was interrupted by a 2 a.m visit to the emergency vet. Happily, all turned out well and I am going to go read some more now.
