wow. this is intense. Im finally deep enough into this heavy ass book that it can lay and hold itself open to whatever page im at.
Caro is a legendary biographer. There is a certain level of grind to this book but the payoffs are worth it. When the story starts getting to big, he expertly balances it out with something personal. 75pg descriptions of bridge systems followed by a story about RM and his brother. Love.
