Started reading this years ago but don’t think I ever finished

If I could make everyone read this book I would

lol this feels like the Christian version of Atomic Habits but I’m not mad about it. I’m also listening to this and it’s cool that the author is the one reading it.

This is one of those books where you read a chapter and then need like 2 weeks to digest it and apply it to your life. But really enjoying it so far

I’m scared to keep reading since I know it’ll be very easy for me to get sucked in where I can’t put it down but I can’t take that risk right now😩

It’s actually painful how slow it’s taking me to read through this book. If you like anatomy and reading about how the body works on a cellular level you will LOVE this book. I find myself skimming pages and am tempted to just skip to the implementation part.

Why the FRICK did the biggest plot twist have to come when I’m reading this at night I CANT PUT IT DOWN and then the biggest moment of happiness right after?!? I’m out here on a rollercoaster of emotions at MIDNIGHT. Unbelievable. Goodnight.

When I get to the point where I want to choose a book over sleep, that’s when you know I’m hooked…

I’m being reminded of why I enjoyed this book so much. Something about enemies to lovers that just hits with the slow burn.
