Tucson Too Soon by Sundae Leighton - I’m sorry, what?! I struggled through that just to get a TO BE CONTINUED…?! If I’d known I wouldn’t even get closure I would never have read that. And I mean I struggled. Too many typos, I didn’t connect with any of the characters, they didn’t feel real, and just. No. Sigh. I’m sure Mrs. Leighton is lovely. But I did not enjoy that.

Until We Kiss by Loren Leigh was more perfect than I could have hoped for. I feel like I just took a full-length journey in a short story. I laughed, I cried, I gasped, and I smiled pretty much the whole time. Perfection. Loren Leigh just floors me with everything she writes. She is soooo talented.

Cherry Picking was great! Loren Leigh is next, and I’m excited and nervous because I LOVE Loren Leigh and I’m hoping it’s amazing. 🤞

Cherry Picking by Becca Jackson has so far been addicting and I’m only on the third chapter! All day I’ve been waiting to get back to reading it. It just reeled me in from the beginning.

The New Guy by Nicole Dykes was not my favorite, just because it seemed very rushed and i didn’t feel connected to the characters. I wish I could have, because they both seem like very interesting people!

Cherry Ice was wonderful! Loved it. Feelings got involved.

Picking You was very cute! Cute characters.

Cannot put this book down. Send help.

Omg, it’s like a breath of fresh air. I love how Eden Finley writes, and comparing it to the last 6 books of this series, I feel like I just slogged through a humid, mosquito-infested swamp and came to a clearing of spring breeze and flowers.

The premise is REALLY good. The writing is not my favorite. It’s just kind of…sequential and not emotional or descriptive. “Remy said this and I liked it. I was starting to feel things. I liked him a lot.” I feel the characters but don’t feel the writing.

The writing in the book is so descriptive and beautiful! It came as a very welcome surprise. Never read this author before, and I’m so glad I decided to read this!

I have never laughed so hard while reading. And I’ve read books written by comedians that I think are hilarious. But this book has made me fall into uncontrollable fits of laughter. I am enjoying the heck outta this book.

I just laughed out loud while crying. I didn’t think that was possible. TJ Klune has SKILLS.

I’ve already cried three times. Beautiful, emotional tears. Not sad ones. Tal Bauer sends me.

The commas. Holy shit, the commas.

If I were Logan and Tate talked to me about being bi the way he does in this book, I would punch him and RUN. I’m trying to remember that this was 10 years ago and apparently a LOT has changed since then.

Wow, this is really tedious for no depth of character. I feel like I’ve read the same thing over and over and know nothing about either of them except Logan wants Tate and also everyone else.

Can’t read the emails yet. Bit of a book hangover for the moment. What a wonderful last few sentences. Beautiful.

Omg, I just realized this is the Damon King who is the hugely successful agent in the Puckboys books and I’m screaming like a fangirl. It’s his origin story!!

Loren Leigh creates such real characters that here I am reading and physically FEELING their emotions. Nausea is finally abating from something that upset Jin. The tender, loving moments make my heart hurt with happiness. Amazing author.

Squealing so often I can’t. I love these two.

Loving how it doesn’t switch between POVs every chapter. So far it’s been 2 of Shaw and 3 for Burk and it feels like we get to know the characters even better this way. ❤️

I think I’ve been smiling the entire time I’ve been reading this. I already love the two MCs so much. The writing style is perfect, and just writing this little update has me missing the book. Loren Leigh is a new favorite, and I hope she continues to write because I am HOOKED.
