I’m only 18% in and I already cannot stand Astrid. This doesn’t bode well for being able to get through this whole book.

I tried. I really did. But there’s a first time for everything, and, for the first time I’m not going to finish a Nicole Fox series.

Ariel is the least likable character I’ve read in a while. I keep thinking she’s going to redeem herself. See how hard Sasha is trying. Ask him about what happened to him. Anything. She could not care less about him though. She’s the only one suffering in her world.

I’m struggling with this book which is something I have NEVER said about a Bella Matthews book.

I really only have one problem - Lilah. Oh, how I want to like her. But she just will not grow up. I still don’t know what happened exactly to turn friends to “enemies”, but she’s holding on to her superiority like it’s a lifeline. She doesn’t want to forgive Killian, and, right now, he’s better off.

I am very confused by all of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

There is no depth to any of these characters. The MMC reads more like a finance bro than a lawyer. I already want to punch him in the throat.

Every scene is over as soon almost as it starts. There is no detail or substance.

There is nothing remotely realistic about the either of the MC’s careers. (I work in legal field - so disappointing).

DNF @33%. I could not get into this book. Nothing about these characters was relatable. There was also no notable connection between the main characters other than they thought the other one was hot.

Lovin On Me by Jack Harlow is on repeat in my head every time Mason opens his mouth.

I have to stop for a little while. Everything about this book is annoying me. Daisy is needy and clingy and fickle and it’s not a good look. Sebastian’s two faces which are giving me whiplash. I was really looking forward to this book, but it’s been a letdown so far. I’m going to read something else and decide if I’ll keep going with this one or give up altogether.

I know that the ship is going to right itself - hopefully soon - but I keep having to stop reading altogether because I keep scrolling past all the pages of back and forth emails and text messages which I'm sure will be important later. There's just no meat to it right now.

I’m struggling with this one. There’s something about Shea that I don’t like. I can’t quite put my finger on it. There’s something about the way she treats Porter like he’s less than for absolutely no reason. I adore Porter, and Elliott seems like a cute kid. But Shea is making this one very hard for me. I’ve put it down twice already to read other books in the series. Think I give up.

I’m confused and disappointed right now. Does this book spin off of another one that I’m not aware of? So many things are being mentioned like we’re supposed to know what is going on. Instead, it’s just confusing the crap out of me. I read Axel (Carolina Reapers) first. The missing pieces were expected then because I started in the middle. This is supposed to be book one (and the first by the author).

I’m struggling. I never thought I’d say that about an R.S. Grey book. I read Chapters 1-4 on Friday and haven’t been able to pick it back up since. Normally, I read one of R’s books in less than a day.

The h is a complete idiot, and I cringe at everything she thinks and does. Part of me wants to skip ahead a few chapters to see if things get better, but I have little hope.

Ok, B&N, where is my book? iBooks and Amazon have already released. I'm prepared to sleep a very limited amount tonight. I NEED ROWDY NOW!!!!

I'm finally getting around to reading this. I almost forgot about it...

I just started. I've read the prologue and I'm at the start of Chapter One. This isn't a comment on the story but an observation. I think that Abbi may be attempting to provide a humanized version of Nan in this book so that we begin to see her in a different light when she gets her own story. I hope that is the case at least. I don't want to hate her or feel as sorry for her as I do.

Anyone else want to punch Ian in the nuts right now?

I'm just over halfway done and I'm having trouble finishing this one. It's not that I don't like the story, I just keep wanting to throat punch both Jen and Colin. Their reasons for not being together are stupid not tragic like they seem insistent on believing. They're just too stubborn to accept their feelings and it makes it really hard to root for them.

OH MY GOD!!!! I knew it would happen but I didn't want to believe it. This is so crazy!
