Still am not impressed. I’m waiting for more of the story on how fossils were found and what came next but we’re still reading about the girls family and we’re already 2 chapters in…

Too much dramatism and hyperbole and unnecessary details

Not impressed with Edward Dolnick’s hyperboles and over eccentric beginning of the book.

I prefer more of the scientific history and facts.

He is beginning to focus more on them, so we will see how it goes.

It’s absolutely fascinating!! It’s not like a general dinosaur fact book or anything fictional. It’s very scientific, outlining all the different environmental impacts that affected dinosaurs, as well as how the dinosaurs adapted and evolved throughout the various eras. Its very interesting the learn about all the different paleontologists and how they worked together to find so many fossils.
