Killer on the Roaad was…fine. The main thing that was detrimental to the storyline was the pacing. Often, it was repetitive. I never disliked it enough to outright give up on the story, but everything about it would’ve been better suited for the big screen. This makes sense when you listen to the acknowledgements and the partial inspo for it.

The adults in this manga make me sick 🤢 Shinji’s father especially so. How are you gonna demand your son, who you basically abandoned, pilot a robot he’s never seen in his life…and then call him a coward for not wanting to? Hello? 🤬

Don’t even get me started with Misato who wants Shinji to actually want to pilot the Eva 🙄 he’s doing what you want, so just leave him alone!
