I wanted to read something gothic again, but I didn't feel like starting a new series. So I finally decided to pick up this one!! I'm literally so excited since I've heard nothing but amazing stuff about this book

Honestly, I've been in the biggest slump since finishing Keeping 13 and I needed something sweet and fluffy. Also something which would be very easy to read and this one is so far it for me 🤭

It's so interesting to see Sabine from someone else's point of view, I mean, I can clearly see now how she survived for so long

I have no idea if it's the book or if my slump is still there, but I just can't get into it. It's so slow paced and half of the time I have no idea what I'm reading about. I'm going to put this on light dnf for now and maybe return to it once I'm more in the mood
