Albino??? Here I was happy about the factual stuff in these books, and then this showed up. I let “hammerhead” slide, but albino is a hard pass for me.

Canter is a 3 beat gait. Gallop is a 4 beat gait. At least, that’s how it is in the English language. European languages often use canter and gallop interchangeably due to the wording of the language.

Ok, a lot to unpack here. 1: Norwegian Fjord HORSES are HORSES. Not ponies. They are frequently called small draft horses, though the correct term is Warmblood.

2: Hinnies are not called jennets. Jennet is the term for a female donkey.

There are no true albino horses. The closest there is are LWOS (Lethal White Overo Syndrome) foals, who die shortly after birth due to digestive tract issues.

Finished The Body. It was so good! Probably my favorite so far in this collection. The Breathing Method might change that though. We’ll see.

This writing is still so awkward.
