Raisa is so great whenever she focuses on something that isn't a boy -immediate danger, responsibility, discrimination, whatever. Just... babe... please... can you maybe look at a boy without wanting to fuck him then and there once in a while? I know this is all because of your upbringing/social conditioning, but... I'm so tired...

Adam Parrish is so deliciously layered everyone else seems like a cardboard cutout next to him. Like a stone next to a pile of pink diamonds. My child.

"What was Poland like?"/"Prettier than you think"
That was... very diplomatic. And probably true, considering most people think of walls of concrete / Russia lite.

I feel like Im the only one not aboard the Adam/Ronan train. I can hardly remember them interacting in the previous books. Tbh I'd rather have either of them with Gansey. Polygamy is underrated

Gansey is somehow my least favourite. I like my sons troubled and or dead. Way too much car stuff is happening rn and I cant bring myself to care.

The style is a little clumsy. Some of the comparisons are unreasonably flowery and it throws you off a little, like a stone on a muddy forest path. Oh. Whoops!

I really like Sazed's plot this time around. and anyway, Sandy must have had a loooot of fun with making up all those religions, he reminds me of my middle school self - it was my favourite part of creating a world for my stories, right after choosing names for the characters.

oh my god this is Dumbledore and Harry how could I not notice????? I think the reason I hate Ged and like Dumbledore is becuase Dumbledore was enigmatic from the beginning and it was part of his charm, but I still remember Ged as the fun and flawed protagonist of the first book and now he's just watered down Ogion.

An Appetite for Wonder: The Making of a Scientist
This audiobook and PokeGo make for a lovely duet until I startle someone by laughing out loud for seemingly no reason. Excuse you, Im just here listening to a remarkable scientist / the devil himself singing crude songs!

I absolutely LOVE the way he uses words to convey what he wants to say so simply and elegantly. His dry and morbid sense of humor suits me as well. I really should have ignored his fanbase and found out more about him sooner.
