is this book any good?

I am a Christian so do you have any feedback?

well if you have an open mind I don't see why you wouldn't enjoy this book. I'm agnostic (not a member of any religion despite my parents being catholic) and he hasn't changed my mind about anything so far, but he's an amazing writer and a gifted teacher. a bit harsh at times, but not offensive. I mean, he points out how ridiculous the supernatural aspects of some religions are, but it's only fair, cause they really are - that's the beauty of faith.

I would recommend it if
a) you like having your beliefs countered
b) you find certain aspects of your church unacceptable and want to learn how to improve it
c) you're interested in learning how non-believers see the world they live in.

I wouldn't recommend it if you're just looking for something to get mad at. yeah there are small parts where he's clearly making fun or religious people, but most of the book is just
- logical arguments pro and against (the existence god, creationism, religion, religious institutions)
- anthropology, physics, psychology
- interesting hypotheses
- funny anecdotes.
