Well, boy-howdy, for my first Tremblay book, this is pretty swell!

Weird references to Walden here. Not too shabby of a scene.

Boy-howdy, almost six years to the day was the last time I cracked this book open. Hopefully I can get through THIS TIME with friends in tow...

I can't believe there're 400 more ahead of me, but boy-howdy this book is good. At this point, I can kind of see where things are headed, but if it's any consolation, I don't remember after the tree. What happened? Your guess is as good as mine.

Boy-howdy, this book is good. Makes me want to get into early King again...

Man, I haven't read a book this quickly in ages.
I'm now even to the point of reading the book in little snippets every chance I get. Think I might start a new blog series about the muses for book.

I'm pretty much in love with this book. I need more depth, though...

This early history has some nice smatterings of Chabon's book.

Really hurtling through this one, too. Will I be going after the rest of his works?

This chapter on Discernment was wacky, though headed in the direction I think I'm supposed to go...even if I haven't been following up with the other disciplines.

Some interesting parallels to writing (has me looking over Barbershop again) as well as a Thomas Merton prayer Georgia gave to me way back in Pittsburgh.

Boy, if this week isn't going to be tough as nails. Thank goodness He took the nails for me? Lotsa feels, and only three pages in.

Now all we need to do is figure out how to put this into practice...

This is one heckuva book. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it, but I like it, I do. It's hard to grasp, and being the learner I am makes it even harder with all the graphs and visuals, etc. Sailed through the last bunch of pages. Learning, man, learning.

What a great read to've brought on vacation. Peaced out this title before, but just must not've been ready for it. Have enjoyed it immensely so far this time around.

Either this is a seriously heavy book, or I need to not read it before bed... Going to deserve a second read-through to be sure!

Taken me forever to get back to this trade if only because of "The Last Castle" story. I was excited to read because it had the kitschy Prince Valiant fee that P. Craig Russel is so adept at. That said, there was too much background. Boy Blue's story was stellar...when Willingham got around to it. A stand-alone issue that could have stood to be shorter.
Looking forward to progressing more with the main story.

Some good stuff here, but think this is going to be a tough read.

I can't believe I didn't care for this book the first time around. I mean, I know why, but boy it just keeps getting better and better.
If I didn't have NaNoWriMo to attend with, I'd finish it off today...

Jacky just dropped back into the Territories, and I can't stop reading.

Though I'm digging Casey's writing style in comics-form, I was hoping for a little more with his Beatles essay. Still not bad, but wanted more mythology.

Best advice I've heard in a while. Also ready John 5:1-15 right after/before this last night. And here I thought the Lord wasn't listening.
