I fear the author put this man on paper specifically to expose how deeply unserious and mentally unwell I am FOR LIKING HIM 🙂🫠🫠🫠🫠

“Reckon that’s why people believe in God. Somethin’ to unify us all amidst this fuckin’ chaos down here.”

“She says if having fun leads to Hell, then Hell must be full of fun people.”

“My name is Daphne.”

WHAATATAATTATATATAT????? 😭😭😭🤭🤭🤭THIS IS ACTUALLY SO GOOD OMG I FEEL LIKE I’VE DISCOVERED A GEM HAHAHAAHHAHAHA

SERIOUSLY WTF 🙂
I am jealous that she did not have to marry someone before her body had even finished growing.

“I’m always here for what you need.”
I'M SO...SO FUCKED 🫠🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧

“Yes, it should have been me. Fuck you for choosing Trevor when we could have gone through all that together.”

The way he looks at her actually makes me feel weird. He loathes her.

‘Is this really how you think it will end for me?’

As I eat my broccoli, chewing absently, I imagine myself clawing at his face, pulling it off his skull, holding it up to Mum and saying, Look – this is him, while his blood cascades over my hand and he groans on the floor in agony.

When I was with Leo, I felt more in the world. Less in my brain. There was something about him, his energy, the way he moved and talked and experienced life that was urgent, and I had no space to consider. Just to be.

‘I just...’ Fuck. ‘I just need it to stop, Dad.’

“Do you believe God to be so fragile that He cannot withstand your choice?”

Moaning. Honey, there wasn’t anything in those pants worth moaning about.

SHUT UP THAT MADE MY DAY 😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It’s kind of ironic though, that my mother was desperate for another baby, but hardly spent any time with me. Honestly, sometimes it felt as though she barely remembered my name.’

I need someone THIS honest in my life 🤣🤣🤣🤣

‘Nothing. The family are doing their nut. Convinced I must know where he’s gone. Sure he’s dead in a ditch or kidnapped. I told them I hadn’t had a ransom note but I’d be sure to pass it on to them if one arrived.’

Eleanor might not handle late-night creepy noises, but perhaps that’s not what real bravery is about.

‘I’m not afraid of being alone in the dark,’ Luca whispers. ‘I’m afraid that I’m not alone.’

His smile fell away again. ‘No, she doesn’t see any colours. It’s only me.’
CAN'T FUCKING BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

She didn’t even recognize her own daughter in the photo.THATS SICK 💀💀💀💀💀

Ofc it's accident duh

I'm soooo conflicted. I feel bad for Jenny cuz it's not like she knowingly brought a danger into their lives and the blame she's getting feels unfair. But GIRL... how do you not mention that you told carrie a bunch of things about Marissa???That seems like the kind of detail you'd remember when everyone is trying to figure out what's going on.I'm blaming the hangover because that's the only thing that makes sense

WHY HIM??? WHY ESTHER'S ADDRESS??? And why am I convinced Marissa's accident is the missing puzzle piece here? 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Chapter 1 and I’m already hooked. Let’s gooooooooo!!!

SHE DID PLAY ME 😨😨😨😨😨😨😨 Jon you MOTHERFFFFFFFUCKER 🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪
