So far this is more hockey and the boys being boys then romance. I’m liking it! If you like the game of hockey mixed with some queer PR issues. This is it.

But will say so far that if you’re looking for a smutty/heated hockey story this one isn’t it. Stick to the heated rivalry books for that one.

I just don’t know how to feel about this. Like I don’t hate it but I just feel like what even is this :/

This is a slow burn… how do people read slow burns and love them? I’m dying for them to get together

I feel like we are just going from strange to stranger. She just is trying to figure out her dating/social life but like Linda you aren’t being your authentic self by trying to hide your weird ass airplane obsession that is holding you back in some odd ways.

I fear she may need some therapy to figure out what the hell she needs to move forward.

Listen… Linda… if you’re going to fuck an airplane…. Can I not have to know about it?

I must not have read this summary or something because why the fuck did I pick up a book about a girl trying to find her footing in the dating world… who just also happens to want to have a fulfilling and sexual relationship with a plane.

Is this better than the last book in this series. Yes. By a lot more? No.
However it’s got me hooked. Paul (Donnelly) and Luna are so cute in a geeky kind of way. Plus they have this like will they won’t they vibe going on that I’m enjoying.

Will say though…. Hmmm deciding to jerk off to her fan fiction erotica story… yeah that was fucking weird.

The idea is there… the execution not quite yet. We love a little they want to be together but they can’t because of an overprotective dad and age gap.

Highly recommend reading something while working out on an elliptical(at least to take your mind away from working out). And I gotta say so far this is a good one for exactly that

So far not grasping much besides the fact that Linda the main character is obsessed/maybe sexually attracted to airplanes. Can’t explain more just yet lol

I think I’m getting into the groove of this book now, I’ll actually finally be able to finish it(hopefully lol).

The only thing I hate so far is that it keeps jumping between the present time and a few months prior… which like is useful in other stories… but not a romance book…

Listening to this on audiobook because truly if it’s narrated by the author it’s just so much better.

Truly wasn’t ready( even though I saw many reviews) for whatever whirlwind this is taking me on. Just so many things coming out of left field and not prepared for it.

This is a quick little book. But wow is it getting to be a powerful book about youth and their perception of things in the world. Especially when it come to SA/child abuse

OBSESSED. Scott and Kip are so cute together. Literal kicking and giggling at how geeky cute they both are.

It’s just cute! Minus whatever cringey voice they have decided to give Kip on this audiobook. He just sounds like a douchey dork

Audio booking this. Need a cute lighthearted audiobook before choosing something heavier/different. Also hoping this cute romance will make me want to finish the one I’m stuck on.

Coming to terms with not being able to finish a book in February… but I’m getting into this one and it’s starting to get pretty good! I’m looking that we are going back and forth between 2 POVs.

Once again a read for work… I’m reading about a chapter a week and using those takeaways. We are doing a work “book club” with this 😂

Debating if I even want to continue this book. They are so cringe it is putting me into a reading slump… but I also don’t want to DNF a book.

Oh the struggles

Honestly there is not much going on just yet except for story building and the fact that his wife disappeared and he hates his job/past job as an author.

This is so painfully cringe and almost unbelievable to read. I fear like this “trilogy” for this particular couple was not needed.

This has been sitting on my want to read shelf for months. I finally was able to buy the book so I’m gonna start it!

It’s giving heated rivalry…. But straight. Also when I say heated rivalry I really mean Game Changers aka Scott and Kip’s story.

Here we go again… but I can feel this one is going to drag… the writing to start off just hasn’t hooked me in yet. Sulli has always been pretty immature and like cringe worthy, but something about her ideas and the way she’s already acting in literally like 3 chapters in… makes me irked.
