I really like this book - just being picky - but if you use a small state like Vermont, WHY are we at least not researching the area they’re driving, getting stuck in the snow?
If they’re traveling to Killington and are off the highway but not yet there - there is no way they are 45 minutes FROM the highway and 1.5 hours left to Killington. Also, there is no “Bowen County”. 😬 Picky? Maybe. Annoying? Yes.

Hoping this second half picks up - 59% and I’m bored. There’s a lot of inner monologue that reads very repetitive and has me skimming if not skipping those parts.

So far I am struggling to get into this book.
The overuse of their names is a bit distracting and has been pulling me out of the story.
I tend to give books 50-75 pages before I will DNF - but I received this as a Goodreads Giveaway/ARC so I feel I must stick with it, even if it takes me much longer than usual to get through.
