I'm 20% through this book, and absolutely NOTHING has happened. I don't have any connection to any of the characters. Everytime I do get interested, the author cuts to a different time period and different plot. It's annoying and ultimately disappointing. U just can't make myself care about the characters or the story!

I actually am enjoying this book club read. It's the first one I've enjoyed in months.

This was a book club pick (the central library system determines our read). I'm thirty pages in, and I already know that the marriage will fall apart, the characters will be unhappy, and I will probably not enjoy this book.

I love this book.

Elizabeth Gilbert is annoying, but I am oddly fascinated--sort of like watching a trainwreck.

I'm finding it quite entertaining.

This is a compendium of 3 Nero Wolfe mysteries.

I can see why it won the Man Booker Prize!

Very nuch Walter Cronkite's voice...you can almost hear him reading it to you.
