yet another case of please can we have someone edit this. it's not nearly as bad as many of the others but its making my jaw clench

oh god it's multiple pov. the strikes are piling up. i haven't even met the love interests yet (well okay i have kind of met one) and my hope is so gone. i just want a good mmf story for once but i fear no one will ever beat the world's evilest polycule, alas

uhhhhhh. i dunno if i'm gonna make it through this one guys. the writing has not sold me even a little bit but maybe if the characters hook me i can do it

this book perhaps could've used significantly more editing

i read a review that talked about the characters in this book feeling very ya-flavored wrt emotions and i just. what. truly cannot comprehend that. everyone is stupid but very adult-stupid and i'd expect nothing less from the situation they're in

Sunai and Imaru make me violently unwell

feeling very seen by the whole "wearing energy like a cloak" bit

it really is amazing how much it feels like this book is about to be over even though i've read it twice already and know exactly how much more happens after this

damn the first climax of this book happens even sooner than i remembered. not quite yet but it'll be soon

i am sooo not in the mood for nonfiction rn but i am trying anyway

okay let's go. god i love sunai so much. i just love this book a normal amount

this really is such a fun little murder mystery and such a gutting character study, very impressive how well it does both at the same time in such a short amount of time

Yeah I know I said it was The Archive Undying next but we know I’m a horrible little liar with no self control. It’ll be up next for real for real tho (and if I also listen to Platform Decay again or perhaps even Network Effect no one needs to know)

Straight up having an emotional breakdown over it guys 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 I know this book is really important to me at least partly because of when I read it first and the context it gave me for my own feelings but ohhhhhhhhh my god. I’m losing it a little bit. Far and away the best one in the series and the bar is so so so high but this just clears it by miles still
