It’s a real page turner!

Classic Clive Custer with adventure and espionage and twists and turns. True to form and kind of fun reading.
However, written in the ‘70s, its demeanor towards women and gay persons is pretty offensive.
I’ll probably finish it, but might throw away when I’m done reading it.

Getting more interesting

Frustration that Charlie makes so many stupid decisions.

Pretty good. I like the short chapters because I feel like I always have a little time to read, I’m even if just a few chapters

Consistent with Patterson’s reputation, this is a good read. I like the very short chapters, which actually tend to keep me reading “just one more.”

Good! Written entirely in 3rd person, so reads like a documentary.
