Really enjoying this so far, bits are breaking my heart already which is impressive at 25%

I have just finished the first short story in this collection and I must say while I enjoyed his writing I can’t say I enjoyed this story…

I’m struggling a little with some parts of this…

Okay I decided to give Jane another go cause I already owned S&S and Emma and I felt as though I owed it to my bank account… I’m enjoying it a little more than P&P which is a very unpopular opinion (I know) but also that now means I have to read Emma too -_-

Boring boring boring but I got too far in to dnf

I’m so glad I pushed through and got past the cringe Mal stage (she still has her moments) because I am actually enjoying this quite a lot

I’m only 8% in and I’m trying so hard not to DNF this Mallory is trying to kill me off with sheer power of cringe

Controversial opinion incoming: I’m boreddddd lowkey a little bit sorry 😭

A couple a weeks ago I saw a girl talking about this book and she mentioned it was “life changing” I remember boyfriend and I looked at each other and said “how life changing can a book called “the wedding people” really be… I saw it at a bookshop today and I remembered this and I really needed to know.. so here we are.

I can’t believe a book called “FUNNY story” just made me cry like a big baby

He started this was a “choice archive” prompt for the winter reading challenge as it was already on my bookshelf and felt like a good way to not only decrease my TBR but also a good palette cleanser because who doesn’t love a little romance… I’m enjoying this more than expected though which is a pleasant surprise

Part 3/3 and honestly I would DNF this if I didn’t put so much time into it already I now feel obligated to finish this which isn’t ideal as a lot of reading this is just me going “🙄”
