Meh… this author’s writing seems very undeveloped. The writing is almost as if it was a school assignment. Fun little short stories but not a series I can fully get through. Each one is written to the same template: horrible history of a building, fast forward to modern day and now it’s haunted, ghosts usually win.

This is such an engaging and smooth storyline. I am captivated over every page and find it so easy to tune out the world around me while I drift off into the brilliant work of James Rollins.

I can tell that Matthew didn’t have a fighting chance at life.
