I simply- Stephanie why?

I will admit have a problem, but I am not currently willing to seek any solutions at this time. Still wondering where Edward got his mother’s engagement ring and diamond heart charm from (still a firm believer in the Edward Grave-robber Cullen theory) but maybe this book will have an answer.

After many moments of successfully preventing myself from yelling out loud at my job that I definitely don’t read at, I have finished Breaking Dawn. Stephanie Meyer had me giggling and kicking my feet the entire time.

Favorite Moments include:

- Bella referring to Edward as her permanently 17 year old husband
- Edward (17) calling Jacob (who looks 25) his son.
- Emmett constantly roid raging for a fight

Literally the dumbest book I’ve ever read but I JUST CANT STOP TEEHEEHEE

WE’RE MAKING PROGRESS PEOPLE! Developments have been made, but the classic Meyer trope of two men fighting over one (two?) girlie pop(s) has surfaced and it’s giving sci-fi twilight (or sci-filight as I like to call it.) I’m not hate-reading the book anymore, but I’m also wishing our main character had a little more grit to her character. Punch someone and mean it girlie!

I read ten chapters during my 3 hour shift at the library, and there was 0 development in the plot. At this point I’m hate-reading my way through the field of nothingness waiting for the smallest interesting thing to happen. I do kinda enjoy the “this one time when I was a bear” stories though.

Yeah okay the classic Stephanie Meyer moments are beginning to appear with the introduction of the male characters. ALSO, the way I audibly gasped when I found out that Jared is 9 YEARS OLDER than Melanie (Melanie’s body?). Am I going to finish the book? Yes. Am I going to watch the movie that I’ve heard is so much worse? Probably.

A very interesting read so far! The writing style is a departure from Meyer’s Twilight series which is turning out to be a pleasant surprise!
