DNFing. Started talked too much about experiments done on (live) animals and I wasn't here for it.

Will I finish before book club in two days? I think so because it's reading pretty easy so far... Unless I get distracted...

Oh man y'all, I've been struggling with this from the start. I read it years ago and it was okay but even then I was kind of unimpressed with it and I was actually the target age/audience then. Now... oof. I will MAYBE keep skimming to refresh my memory before book club, but this isn't it for me right now 😅

Actually much better than I thought! Appreciate that the contestants aren't all trying to murder each other or being horrible to each other... But there's still time 😅

DNF! It's the 6th or 7th time I've heard the thing about pseudo authors or whatever and, hey, I'm sick of it. -_- This has made it officially a terrible audiobook experience because if I was reading I could easily just skip / skim that stupidity. The 1000 mermaids and mermen, don't even get me started.

Definitely not enjoying this as much as I thought I would. Maybe it has just been too long since I read the first two, but I don't really care about any of the characters! Rent is still not someone I like though, so no change there. Honestly he seems pretty mentally abusive with the whole I'd do anything for her and then shunning her completely she does something he doesn't like followed by a "never again, I swear!"
