Intense in a lot of ways so far, not necessarily a bad thing but isn't always the most amazing either. Definitely addictive though 😀🔥

15% in and the vibe is crystal clear: hard on the outside, sweet in the sheets 😎. It’s chaotic and gripping in a way that makes you want to root for the fc no matter what she does. Loving it so far.

This book has been surprising so far as usually at this point in time I make inferences on what's going to happen, and the book has actually proved me wrong one or two times already. Very exciting and actually super hilarious, the author definitely knows how to write a comedic line. Can't wait to keep reading more.

I am so happy that this series is yet again giving us a new plot to this epic adventure. Doesn't feel repetitive or unnecessary but I do still feel like there is some romance and mystique missing from previous stories, however I doubt we won't be getting some more as the book continues.

This quote's exactly why I reach for cozy romance books when I need a comfort read. It’s the kind of line that makes you pause, reread, and let it sink in because it’s so simple yet so profound. It’s not about grand gestures or over-the-top drama—it’s about those quiet, soul-deep moments where love makes life feel brighter, and more meaningful.

I’m struggling here 😭. The story feels like it’s going nowhere—just two people who want to sleep together, but not much else plot-wise. Can we please get them doing something other than parties and practices? 🙃

Also, Anastasia seems way more into Henry than Nathan, which is wild since Nathan’s supposed to be the main guy. She hasn’t said a single great thing about him! It’s giving wrong MMC 😭

Current progress: This book is an absolute rollercoaster! 🎢 I've been kicking my feet, coughing from laughing, and grabbing tissues. 🥹😂 It’s so well-written, someone’s gonna have to pry it out of my hands! 🤌📚

Making some slow progress, but I’m finally starting to get into the flow. It’s definitely one of those books where you need to be in the right mood to push past the dense descriptions, but once you do, it picks up. I’m really enjoying Sheriff Joe’s presence in the story—he brings out new sides of Christine that I didn’t expect to see. Hoping to power through more of it soon before I lose momentum!

OK, so I had some high expectations for this book considering I've heard some good things about the author, but at the same time it took me almost a week to get through the first five chapters of the book. I feel like this is a book you can't just put down and get back into later, or else you lose your mojo so I'll try and get as much of it done as I can.

Divine Rivals has been absolutely amazing and every bone in my body is telling me I need to finish it right now! If this wasn't the BOTM for my book club, I think it would've been finished in a week. Can't wait to see how it ends and get to number two!

I'm honestly in love with this book, and if I wasn't reading it for a book club, I think i'd finish it in a week flat! It's feeling like a five sttaarrrr! 😳⭐️

At first, I felt like Ava didn't have a solid reason to dislike Alex. I understood her distaste for his attitude and pessimistic views, but he didn't seem like an enemy, just a jerk to others. Over time, though, I've come to appreciate their dynamic. Despite being complete opposites, their similar hurts, pains, and traumas have added an interesting layer to their relationship and personal growth.

OK, let's just say that the spice is definitely spicy, but I feel like so far, that's the only thing that's really catching about the story. I Have yet to see much self-development from the FMC and worry that she will just form trauma bonds with the brothers given her current scenario. I'm probably reading too much into it, but it's personally how I feel.

I'm about 1/4 of the way through and I don't know what to expect. The FMC seems to have a lot of trauma and already has a want/love for each of the brothers. I think I'd be shocked if she doesn't pick "a favorite" by the end of the series. Also, it's hard to know which brother is which because there are so many of them, and they're given limited character details, so I can't fully imagine all of them in my head.

The book is full of twists and turns, making every chapter a nail-biter. Honestly, I'm kind of scared of finishing this book because I don't know what I can read that will possibly match up to it. It's truly breathtaking, but I hope to finish it by Sunday so I can happily put it back in my bookshelf and reminisce in all of its glory 🤭💕

Not even 5 chapters in and I can already tell this will be a completely different experience from the first book! 💕

The book has been good so far. I really like Chris's character and love how passionate he is about his love for Trixie. I appreciate the respect he holds for their friendship and how he seems to genuinely love her. Trixie has made me want to shake her up and tell her to"OPEN HER EYES" but she still holds her place as a strong willed and confident character. 1/3 done, 2/3 to go!

about halfway into the book right now and trust me it's been hard to put it down. The characters are all interesting and unique and their own ways but the OBSESSION is obsessing right now and I plan on finishing this by the end of the week for sure.

I've had a hard time reading this book at length, but I mostly blame that on my busy schedule. Plot is good and the tension is perfectly played out throughout the book. I just need a gripping moment that will make me want to read 100 pages in a sitting. I'm inching through though!

take me somewhere to get used to the POV of the book but I'd say that I'm pretty familiar with it now . I'm a big fan of Savine and I can understand Avery's sadness but I've got to a point where she's beginning to feel immature. I hope to get this done by tomorrow.

This is a pretty slow burn. I'm not a big fan of 2/3 of the MMC's and the FMC doesn't match the description on the cover 😕. It's written that she has blonde hair but the cover doesn't depict that. I'm not DNF'ing because i think it has potential to get better, and soon, I just wish it didn't take 50% of the book to get there.

This book isn't bad, but I feel like there's no tension. The main characters are barely interacting and it seems like Ava doesn't even want to be around them either. Plus the way that the boys feel they need to "fix" Ava's problem of never experiencing an O, It comes off as creepy. I want to finish it but I hope the pace picks up soon, i'm getting tired of office scenes with nothing but internal monologue.

Spent the whole day reading and was able to finish it before heading to bed...all 348 pages 😂😅. Definitely needed something like this to keep me from getting i got a reading slump! Absolutely recommend if you're looking for a "why choose" read. Screaming into my pillows now that it's over, but i'll probably be seeing them in my dreams tonight 🫣
