I’m sorry I just really don’t care

Chat idk I might dnf… the writing is not nearly as compelling as the last book and I’m still so lost

I read the first book like not that long ago but I’ve had to google like three things already bc I forgot everything and everyone

I LOVE FRIENDS TO LOVERSSSSSS

Girl she left Grimm 0.2 seconds ago and she’s already horny for Oro??? Bffr

Girl we haven’t heard about Oro in AGES but miss girl still loves him??

I feel like we’re loosing the plot… what is going on with the not one but two realms she is the leader of? How many more people are gonna come back from the dead? What was the point of her connecting with Aurora via feather pen and parchment paper? to only learn one skyar?

I see why people fall off from this series

An insurmountable amount of chemistry between Isla and Grimm. Oro doesn’t stand a chance

LOVING evil Isla

I need a brain break

I just don’t believe that Grim is capable of doing this… waiting for some crazy ahh reveal

You can’t write all this background about Grim and expect me to be team Oro

Oro: has a friend who is a notorious thief
Grim: sword stolen by a notorious thievery gang

I don’t trust Oro’s friends AT ALL

There are so many plots going on rn and I don’t understand how they’re connected.

Also I just know that Oro is going to cage her in and she gonna be like “I can’t love you like this😩”

Girl if you have to keep asking “is that love?” You probably don’t love him

I’ve got to finish this freaking book, but I have zero motivation too

Genuinely so split on Oro vs Grim

VILLAIN REVEAL IS GAG

“She ran like she was running from something.” What is this writing?

I don’t know why, but part of me feels like Grim and the king are the same person

Idk why it’s taking me so long to finish this up… I was zooming through it last week on my work trip and now I just like don’t feel like it

I’m sorry there is nothing I hate more in world building than when the narrator explains it verbatim…. When they’re like “And this clan is known for that and that clan is known for this power” and blah blah blah like just let me experience it

Reading for book club with Mere and Jacqui (via audiobook😎)

THE SWORD, THE SONG, HIM WASHING HER HAIR😭

Morally gray MMC is actually a good guy??? I never would’ve seen that coming

Idk who said this was a 4🌶️, but they were wrong bc I’m 300 pages in and they’ve made out twice for like half a second

Kingfisher, you may have a stupid name, but I must admit that you’ve got game🙂‍↕️

Lost my library loan 😭

SO MANY CONNECTIONS TO CC WOW!!!! About the Prison: “The very land seemed abandoned. Like something great had once existed here and then vanished. Like the land still waited for it to return.” This is EXACTLY like the Asteri palace/dungeons that Bruce uproots🫨

Symbols etched in the cavern where the harp lies??? WYRDMARKS BITCH
