fucking sicko author. nothing could redeem this for me. i will finish as i want to read through the whole series but god this author is fucking sick in the head

ugh i wanna save the ending because this is like my favorite perfect book and ik i wont find anything like it again

god am i eating this up. i'll be so sad to have no more too read so im going to bed so i can read again tomorrow

i can't describe how much i fuckijg hate kamran and the side characters annoy me like cyrus x alizeh is worth it but i'm suffering

hi friends! please read the content warnings before hand cause i might crash out rn

Me and jenna's two person book club has started back up again 🤝🏻

WAY better than the first one already... idk what she put in that dialogue b4 but she's back to her normal level of writing (but i still miss og series rip)

"it would seem a great paradox, the fact that after everything they had told Letty, all the pain they had shared, she was the one who needed comfort"

i've never read a fantasy book that has so perfectly encapsulated white fragility 🤝🏻 10/10 so far

Runyx wrote dark verse series which is one of my favs and so I was pretty excited despite the bad reviews.... wtf happened with this book? it doesn't even feel like the same author. like i'm trying to get through it. there's maybe one good like per three chapters, i've only highlighted one or two things total so far. it feels like a high schooler wrote the dialogue. i'm like so sad the mystery has potential too :(

i don't want it to end :( knowing miss carissa this is not going to end well and i've got a bad feeling about this

cutting myself off here for tonight..... but man oh man i'd love to drop out and just read this book for eternity

i'm literally on the intro and i had clearly forgotten why this is one of my FAVORITE authors. like stunning writing

i forgot how good these books are 😭

i won't lie .... this is eating so far. not disappointed by a single POV but im def the most invested with lin

loving it so far.... a little annoyed with some of the characters but i still like it. can't tell where this is going tbh but in a good way

ok i'm locked in.

cooking with gas now

idk why this is crawling along i do not want to read this

she's kinda eating ngl

she's eating im not going to lie. need to let jenna catch up tho

me desperately trying to stay on board with bad decisions !!!! also this is eating still i wish i was reading slower

i'm obsessed with this by the way

ok i finished this but it's 22 pages long and i don't want it to count as my 100th book so i'm keeping it at 99% until i finish burning god
