Runyx wrote dark verse series which is one of my favs and so I was pretty excited despite the bad reviews.... wtf happened with this book? it doesn't even feel like the same author. like i'm trying to get through it. there's maybe one good like per three chapters, i've only highlighted one or two things total so far. it feels like a high schooler wrote the dialogue. i'm like so sad the mystery has potential too :(
