I am loving this. So much atmosphere and I think all of the characters are so important.

As opposed to other books, I find Night Film to be lacking in the clues department. Other mysteries that I have read gave me clues and hints so I could be more invested in the story, to try and piece it all together myself. Where as this one just keeps going on, introducing new characters and blah blah but nothing like, I read this at page 100 and now at page 300 I can piece it together. I feel blind.

Started to get into the story around the 80page mark. Before I could not, for the life of me understand how I was suppose to care about Ashley. If I didn't care about her than I didn't care about the story. But, with the introduction of Hopper the story feels as if it is flowing more, going somewhere, not dry and dense. it feels like it's easier to read and more enjoyable, like the author stop trying so hard.
