I mean.. it’s still trash 🤷‍♀️ Xero is semi understandable but still wildly unlikeable. Amethyst annoys the crap out of me. Lots of lose ends, characters have just simply disappeared with no reason. Trash.

I can’t wait to finish this book, not because it’s good but because I hate every character. I’m strictly reading because a friend wants me to read book 2 with her. The storyline is trash and all over the place, the characters are all unlikable- literally not a single redeeming quality in any of them. It’s a complete dumpster fire and all I want to do is look away. I’m going to need a serious palate cleanser

Doesn’t have that same feeling as haunting Adeline but good so far.

Didn’t realize this was just a retelling of the first book but from Mmc pov. Guess I’ll finish it but wish I would have known before starting 🙄

Great. Shantell does an amazing job hooking you into her storylines and making you love her characters despite their toxicities ❤️
