This isn't the story I was hoping for.
Its giving massive toxic relationship and Emery just comes across as weak and easily influenced (and in desperate need for therapy)

I'm unconvinced I like either of the main characters

This book is surprisingly slow and the characters very wishy washy and surface level

The tension 😍😋
