just realized the collection I've been reading is on here so I don't have to look for each comic issue individually

finished the book but not sure yet whether this will receive one or two stars, can say for sure that I do not like the author's writing style even slightly

the jedi's povs are fine but so far everything about syl's chapters screams trope-filled tiktok romantasy in the worst way possible and the writing style is not improving either

I can't say I enjoy the author's writing style unfortunately. She uses lots of awkward long-winded sentences that over-explain and feel very unnatural in dialogue.
My so far last least favorite thr book is also from her so that doesn't really leave hope for improvement either.

reading this directly after mask of fear feels kinda strange, the writing is so different

couldn't wait to order a physical copy so i just got the ebook one which led to my mum offering me her old kindle. so now i can read my fanfics on a separate device lmao

spilled coffee in the bag i was carrying this book in so now i have a nice brown edge and struggle to open some pages

this book is interesting so far but I do feel like the characters are getting too lucky too often and nobody ever truly dies either (looking at you bror) which extremely lowers the stakes;
and yes, it's already known that the rebellion eventually fully succeeds but that doesn't mean i want to read dry retellings of all the fortunate circumstances the rebellion found itself in time and time again

mistakenly put my progress to page 100 when i did my first update while only being on page 30-something lmao

the awkward dialogue-based exposition died down pretty quickly after my complaint

stackpole doesn't do a good job at all with this dialogue exposition
his writing style had always been tacky at times but this really sucks lmao
that's most definitely not how a person would speak lmao

dunno if I can bear to finish this book
it's so incredibly boring

Never in my life heard a more stupid conclusion:
So you saw the guy that's probably the spy of the squadron?
But apparently he couldn't have been there bc the base he is SUPPOSED to be at was attacked?
And said base is so destroyed that most bodies can't be reached? So you don't know whether he's actually there??
If he's the spy and managed to stay undiscovered for so long don't you think he could sneak out easily??
