I just learned a lot about mass hysteria and the idea of people following a leader or waiting for others social cues.

I really like the way he approaches the topic of behaviour. Like he says that some teachers think that it’s their teaching that provides them with a good classroom when really it’s just a lucky cohort of students.

I also like the way he keeps referring back to the fact that the culture at home will likely dictate how a child behaves. If the parents hate school the child will likely hate school too.

The grammar errors are distracting me from literally everything else

I’m kinda struggling with it so far

I love the use of metaphors and the way he’s so honest about the fact that we as teachers aren’t usually explicitly taught how to manage behaviours. I respect him more for being open about the fact that he had no idea what he was doing when he first started teaching.

I’m pretty certain I’ve known who it is since the start, but still kinda hoping for a big plot twist 🤞🏻

This story is super cute and fun so far!!
