Probably ⅓ of the book so far has been Emily's anxiety and her inner monologue about her self esteem. I get it. But do we really need THAT much? I'm beginning to find myself skipping over more paragraphs because she just keeps going on and on and on...

Started off ok, but Alyssa's literally screwing Zac the day after she met him. She flip flops between being a beat up mouse to "look at me, I'm a strong, independent woman who is going to put myself at risk just after I was a basket case!"

Really? AF much?

Meh... it's not even worth finishing. Three chapters in and I can already tell that Hannah is annoying AF and I can't stand her snotty, "I'm better than you attitude." She comes across as a biotch and probably doesn't deserve a HEA.

Gee Felicity... let's spill the beans to a woman you know has a big mouth, doesn't like you, and is the biggest gossip. Nothing could POSSIBLY go wrong!

Again... am I missing chapters? They've shared "a few kisses"??? When??? There are large chunks of the story missing.

Ok. The beginning of this book was fun, but now Isla is just becoming annoying AF.

Having to put up with her continued inner neurosis is a drag in itself, but now she's just becoming more bitchy. Poor Enzo!

Confused... she mentions Ian for the first time to Enzo, but he doesn't ask questions and they act like they've talked about it?

Did I miss a whole chapter somewhere? And all of a sudden we're 2 weeks in?

Ugh... not very far into the book and I'm embarrassed for Poppy. A drunk, forward, pushy little girl with a hard-on crush forcing herself on a guy... ick.

Can't get behind this character. In fact it makes me want the opposite. I'm kinda hoping Jax crushes her heart totally.

I love this book universe, but I'm not rooting for Poppy at this point.

This book is seriously f**ked up...

I know this is a Cinderella-esque story, but the FMC is SUCH a loser, it's going to take a lot to see this story turn around. The family is over-the-top with walking on Gracie like a doormat. And the MMC is 2-dimention cardboard. Hoping this gets better... :/

This story (though a total ripoff of Harry Potter, Fourth Wing, and Wednesday) had the potential to be decent if it wasn't for the stupidity of the FMC!!!

Too many times Grey's pouting petulance shows her lack of maturity and intelligence. Of you're going to make her 21 st century woman, then please don't make her stupid...

Not really sympathetic towards Isabella at this point. She's 28 and shouldn't be so childish. She clearly doesn't think. Why do authors like to write women as such airheads?

Interesting story but sometimes there are big gaps and it's difficult to follow along.

I'm not a huge Billie fan. Sometimes it feels like she's an airhead and I want to roll my eyes.
