Ah! Why am I feeling we’re about to get hit with a huge curveball??

At 35% I decided to shelve this one.

Ok. Just started this one and can already tell that I’m going to love every aspect of it.
Really good writing style that captivates you and makes you want to binge read!

Struggling through the first two part, but wanted to give it one last shot before I put the book down. And may be happy that I did as it finally started to make sense and get interesting. Tbc’d

Decided to power through this book, because I really really hope that there’s a small light at the end of this tunnel with a bit of sunshine.

I guess Darren gets a little redemption arc here.

Getting to the part where my heart will be ripped straight out of my chest even though I already kind of know what happened. It’s one thing to suspect, it’s another to have it confirmed.

Can someone please explain to me why ALL of their friends let Lizzie talk to Gibs like that?
It’s been years and she is so way out of line that I just can’t understand why no one has put a stop to it by now.

This is just so not ok. I’m so pissed.

Omg the kitchen scene with Edel from his POV is going to do me in 😢

I feel like I’ve been holding my breath for most of this book. I don’t think I can put this down and take multiple days to get through this story. It’s just too horrific. Too heart breaking.

Such a tragic story.
I’m really rooting for Joe and him finally catching a break. But you just know it’ll get worse before it can become better and I’m just bracing for impact at this point

I was apprehensive to start reading Joey’s book because I just knew this was going to be bad and bad it is. But the levels of evil are just astounding. His fists may break his bones, but her words cut so much deeper. My heart is just bleeding for this lost little boy.

You feel the tragedy coming but have no clue what it’ll actually look like.

Having a hard time putting this book down! I just need to know what happened all those years ago!

There’s just something about Kai & Mills. The slow burn is killing me ugh. 😜
