The entire sequence with the volcano and the judge is so good and so well written, I'm gonna re read it to see what more I can dig out from the writing but thats probably the best thing I've read so far. The tarot chapter is great too but its really ambiguous

kinda oddessey-esque but the written prose is so fucking layered with biblical allusions and small assumptions on the characters. I can't catch 90% of it but I know it'll hit on a reread which im prob gonna do
