I think the most infuriating part of this book (and there’s a long list) is that the author keeps using ‘nurse’ and ‘midwife’ interchangeably. Also find it hard to believe that a 12 yr old at an all girls school is bold and smart enough to make such witty comebacks to school bullies lmao
