Millie told the wife she wears a mets shirt to bed, the wife could’ve then just told Douglas. That’s my reasoning I think Millie is getting paranoid and Freida McFadden is trying to make a bias in the readers perspective of Douglas

What’s with the multiple references to ninas wrinkled clothes and the husbands loose tie? I feel like this will end with the husband being the “bad guy” bc ninas constantly painted as crazy. This book is kinda reminding me of ‘behind her eyes’
