Think I’m gonna DNF for now, was initially intrigued by the Piranesi-esque synopsis but this book is just doing a lotttttt and my sleep deprived brain just isn’t following well enough to feel invested

I’ll be honest, we started audio booking this in the car to and from a weekend trip and I had to read a few chapter summaries on Wikipedia after taking a car nap. But also something tells me I would’ve had to read the summaries anyways because this book is such a Cosmere lore dump and I don’t think I’ve read enough of Sanderson’s other books yet to have sufficient context lol

The pacing is immaculate so far, feeling sucked right in

Am I going to regret reading the second half of this book while laying under my sleeping baby? Scared for the direction things are headed in kk :’-)
