So far good. Learning about what extreme ownership means. Leaders have to take responsibility and blame. Don’t cast blame on others. Own up to failures and mistakes. Learn and grow from them, that way the same mistakes are continuously being made. This is how a winning team takes lessons and grows from them to be successful. Put your ego aside. You cannot be an effective leader if you cannot apply this.
