I like what I’m seeing from Elend so far. Pretty sure Kelsier might kill him or attempt to at some point. He and Vin will definitely have a clash of the mistborn if that happens, but I think they’ll have some kind of battle just the two of them at some point anyway…I think the Lord Ruler is someone we know at this point…also, when’s Reen going to pop back up?

People talk about the Lord Ruler like he’s a god but I kind of think he’s just like the Wizard of Oz…all bark no bite. This world is like a manifestation of Foucault’s theories of power/knowledge (hence the skaa behavior).

I forget what’s going on—put it down for a bit and returning to it now!
