Somehow I can’t put it down, no matter how tired I am.

I began the book wanting to love it, and falling for the concept but thinking the execution needs work. But I realize now that there are moments where the writing and emotional depth really shine through alongside the concept.

Need. A. Break! Seriously, CANNOT handle family trauma right now 😭

That scene was awful, but there’s so much healing in this book, so I forgive you, Abigail Johnson.

Why does that one character always make me break down?

I can’t tell you guys how good this is. It’s beautiful and heart-wrenching all at once, and it hurts to read some of it, but it’s the kind of hurt where you grow up a little more, and so you don’t mind.

STOP; it’s making me laugh out loud one moment, and the nextc it’s breaking my heart and bringing me to tears.
