Compassionate inquiry (CI)
Inquiry = to inquire, an open ended ended exploration, humility, we do not already know the answer, we haven’t yet asked the right questions. Suspend what you think you believe about yourself.
Compassion = openness, patience, generosity. What/how/why of the beliefs/behaviors that do not serve us.
