Really enjoying the absurdity and humor in Kurt’s writing despite the grim nature of the story

Radial acceptance so far outlines a “trance of unworthiness” that is embedded into human nature, particularly in western cultures. Understanding the root of this unworthiness is key to healing

Just from reading the intro and prologue, it’s apparent how much our individual experiences overlap. One thing that’s constant in the process of radical acceptance, or healing in general is that it’s a constant practice.
