Why have I encountered 76 named characters and 8 unique POV’s in the first 100 pages of Malice? I didn’t realize I was in for a Malazan-like experience with Gwynne’s Faithful and the Fallen.

Listening to the audiobook this time around. Nathaniel Priestley’s performance is phenomenal while Zoe Mills is borderline insufferable. 😣
