I can't help but reflect every time I finish a chapter. My review may take a while before it will be written. But I would like the author to know that she has greatly helped my heart and mind renew itself just by writing this book. ❤️

hmm..🤔 Maybe the universe IS tapping me to read this. This is my current fear and I'm having a hard time in changing my thoughts to make it positive and exciting for a new beginning.

Can this book not to refer our minds as the monkey? I understand that it has been compared in the Indian philosophy as such, as explained by the author. But still....The capabilities of our brains are more than monkeys you know.

on the other hand, the content is so far so good....

The author has mentioned about Trataka exercise that he is doing. Further reading about the topic shows that improves vision and memory and strengthens the eye muscles as well. This meditation is interesting. Maybe I will do this soon... 🧐

Relieved to know that my zodiac sign does not affect who I am. There is no correlation as per the results of several studies made. I'm a scorpio by the way. 😊
