Second story, remind me of the writing of William Burroughs, strange and all over the place with an old timey nomenclature and junk

I mean wow he’s an incredible writer I wish this book was 900 pages and never ended

I’ve read quite a significantly lower number of books this year but it’s ok bc I started a new job and finally beat one of my addictions and I’m training for my 2nd marathon and a time that is ambitious for me, and through all of this i read Winky the short story and it made me so sad and really devastated

Wow I’ve found a new fav author yayyy

So far, a riveting page turner about the basics of rcm. I’m wondering when they’re going to introduce the MMC and enemies to lovers arc

Resuming my losing war of attrition against the American healthcare industry

I love how he writes and his dialogue and how the beautiful rambling descriptions of the world and experience give way to very gritty and dark moments

Jesus Christ this book is huge! I would never have picked it up irl (bc the big ones scare me) but I’m glad I have it on my kindle. It’s such a well written account of fords kids so far

I forgot how much I love Sedaris’ voice and writing style.

Ted!!, you have to stop. Your prose too tough. Your insights too different. Your b***s too bad, they'll imprison you!

Fr tho this may be the book for me that really ties together Society of the spectacle and all the techno-fash stuff I’ve been reading

Fascinating to understand the history of MLM’s and how/why so many people fall for schemes that seem like only a moron would believe

Oh it’s good but it’s getting even better!!

Very good so far

Between this and society of the spectacle and getting on meds and off nicotine I feel like I’m aware of some sinister conspiracy but am intellectually incapable of understanding it or myself.

Welp I’m already mad at insurance companies and this is just throwing fuel on the fire
