HMMMMMM….. 🧐

We can just barely see Ethan‘s BMW from the window, and it looks like it’s just a big amount of snow. He’s got a shovel in the trunk, but it won’t be enough. Not enough to get out of here anyway.

Why is there a shovel in his trunk if they weren’t expecting the blizzard?

Okay, prediction is too obvious, and written as such.
So, I can now predict that whatever twist in store for me is going to be a biggie!

PREDICTION TIME:
Patient ‘EJ’ is in fact Ethan, and is likely involved with the “disappearance” of Adrianne.
However, prediction seems too obvious.

Evidence: I don’t like him, he fits the description of the patient, and he’s too calm in a ‘seemingly unfamiliar’ environment.

I’m disappointed in Paige for her judgement, even though I’m not surprised…
And also, she wars far too much makeup. I don’t trust women who came in layers of foundation like a mask that adheres directly to their skin.

(I already like Adrianne. Can’t wait for that to backfire. Intelligence often leads to isolation and coldness.)

Holy crap Zuko’s new scar is intense.

Weirdest funeral ever.

Picking this one back up after a break. Great scenic writing, very nature heavy. Story is slow, and a bit unsavory at times, which makes it feel more real in a way.

Absolutely blitzing through this title so far.
Twig is a much stronger character in this one.

Reading this because at my family reunion, my little cousin complimented my shirt and asked “who’s that?” (Frog and Toad, eating cookies) and after explaining that it’s a kids book, they immediately asked if I had a copy of it.

“Be aware of yourself. And accept yourself as you are. That is where your training should begin.”

Already such a milestone in character development.

This feels like the Batman I grew up with.
The blue suit, rain and lightning. The dark, sinister, and mysterious nature of a new villain in the shadows.
Such an easy read. So much fun

Man I’ve been slow as molasses with the reading lately. Gotta grind this mf out

I’m really enjoying the independent titles within the larger story. Getting their character histories with a conjunctive ‘modern’ story is refreshing and leads to every character having their own feeling, pace, and themes. I also like that they add their own soundtrack onto the pages in a way. (Reciting lyrics) so you can find the music to the scenes
