ughhhhh this booooook

i forgot to borrow my dads copy of The Outsiders

so now im stuck with this book

im suffering
:<

wowwwww

its so badddddd

:D

When will goodreads understand that just because I like SOME BookTok books that does NOT mean I will like OTHER books just BECAUSE theyre on booktok?

My dudes, this book is NOT for the weak

(I am the weak btw)

I've heard about the Bishops entire family tree and day to day activities for chapters upon chapters. And yet I KNOW that later Feuilly dies in like 3 words 😭😭😭 guys what is Victor doing

this book is so long

im intimidated by it

but it WILL be read

eventually :/

i neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed to read les mis b4 i audition 4 les mis, however that will be impossible so ill settle for b4 the first show :D

this book reads as if it were written by a man

i dont think Susan Beth Pfeffer is a man

wow im progressing so fast

:)

1st Re-Read!!!!!!

why does William Golding go on and on about how beautiful and tanned and fair Ralph is but we refer to Piggy as "the fat boy" for like 5 pages before having anything to call him by, and once we do, we're calling him Piggy! of all things!

writing style reminds me of Fahrenheit 451 a little bit with how the characters talk and pacing and whatnot

lowkey forgot i was reading this for like a month :/

the movie comes out in 2 days lol, better get going

wow

i cannot stop picturing the main character as ryan gosling but thats okay

I didn't actually finish I just gave up 😭

IM DNFING THIS I DONT CARE ANYMORE

help it keeps describing nasty things for no reason
and intoducing characters that never show up again

help this is torture

so far. . . everyone sucks.
we've got a little wimp, a psychopath, and some guy.
those are our characters
yay. . . .

help I have to read this for class

wth are we doing man?

help I've been reading this for months
will it ever end

DNF it was soooo borrringggggg. I also can't even remember half the characters names.

The overall story was great but I DNF. It wasn't an issue with the book but I couldn't push past the spicy scene! Violet just kept bringing it up and it made me uncomfortable.
