This Lui character, she's a pain. The girl lost her SISTER and you're the one playing the victim? That's just so annoying aaargh

I already feel like this is a masterpiece. Do you know when you're reading, but you're so into the narrative that you forget that you're reading? That's how I'm feeling right now. The story is killing me little by little, but I'm loving it.

I love the writing and story telling, but I cannot see how this premise is gonna end up in a happy ending. I don't think I would be able to think romantically of the person that accidentely killed my sister

I've been only reading romances and textbooks for school for a while. So getting into something new like this it's been refreshing! It took me a while to get into the storyline with so many names and concepts that go without explanation in the begging, but now that I'm invested I think it was a good choice from the author, made getting into universe flow more naturally.

Reading it again, and ai just found out one of the reasons why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I whish Michelle would tell Em how her mom treated her, I don't know, maybe I'm just too used to trauma bonding, but I understand the writer, it's not something that Michelle would just brought up
