This book is just so pretty, I had to buy it-

They revealed some crazy stuff about the Calamity and the role of Admins in this world. We also finally met an Admin besides Orrin, but while he's more knowledgeable about the history, he doesn't have the same capabilities as Orrin since apparently the Admin role is dying

Ninshubar's mother is a real piece of work. Since she wanted to give Ninshubar away to some tribe leader, Ninshubar refuses to go along with it and so her mom chooses to have her executed. Obviously, instead of letting them just kill her, she manages to flee with the Potta boy she saved previously
